Overview

Oracle is seeking a Collections Analyst 2 fluent in Korean and Chinese for our Kuala Lumpur office. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable collections, resolve payment disputes, and ensure timely cash flow for Oracle's APAC clients. Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and portals in Korean and Chinese to collect overdue payments.
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts for proactive collections.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes to minimize bad debt.
• Prepare and send demand letters, statements, and legal notices as required.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and legal teams on complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in Oracle's ERP systems.
• Monitor cash application and reconcile unapplied payments daily.
• Report collection metrics, DSO, and forecast cash inflows to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of AR collections experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluent proficiency in Korean and Chinese (Mandarin); English proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, dispute resolution, and collections best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
