We are seeking a dynamic Principal Compliance Project Manager (ConMon AMER) to lead complex compliance initiatives across the United States. You will manage regulatory compliance, risk management projects, and ensure adherence to industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven project management expertise in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compliance projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones and program objectives.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks (ConMon).
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks proactively.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance project management.
• Proven track record managing complex regulatory projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field required.
