Overview

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure products, suppliers, and supply chain meet Oracle contracts, policies, and current/proposed US/international regulatory compliance. Manage the development and implementation process of specific company products. Drive compliance initiatives across product development and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align products and supply chain with Oracle policies and regulations.
• Manage development and implementation of compliance programs for assigned products.
• Monitor and assess compliance with US and international regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments on suppliers and supply chain processes.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for teams.
• Lead audits and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
• Implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.
• Stay updated on evolving regulations and advise leadership accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of US and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, export controls).
• Proven experience managing compliance programs in tech or product development.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
