Overview

The Oracle Health Configuration Center seeks an intermediate consultant to configure the Oracle Health PathNet LAB product implementation. This hybrid role is based in the Kansas City, MO office. Note: No visa sponsorship is available; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Configure PathNet LAB modules including order entry, result reporting, and instrument interfaces.
• Customize system workflows, rules, and data mappings to meet client specifications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of configurations.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and support PathNet LAB during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for PathNet LAB.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA in all configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience configuring Oracle Health PathNet LAB or similar laboratory information systems.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, including anatomy pathology and clinical lab processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle Health configuration tools and SQL for querying.
• Experience with healthcare IT implementations and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
