Overview

Senior Functional Consultant role specializing in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Lead functional consulting for ERM implementations, ensuring optimal configuration and client satisfaction. Drive strategic risk management solutions for financial institutions in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of OFSAA ERM modules including Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting for client engagements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from implementation to go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide expert guidance on OFSAA ERM best practices and customization strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ERM with core banking and regulatory reporting systems.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams on OFSAA functionalities.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and RFI/RFP responses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like Basel III, IFRS 9, and local RBI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in OFSAA ERM functional consulting for banking and financial services.
• Deep expertise in OFSAA modules: ERM, FRM, ALM, and Profitability Management.
• Proven track record of leading 3+ full lifecycle OFSAA implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Oracle certifications in OFSAA or Financial Services preferred.
