Overview

As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will design and build the foundational infrastructure powering Oracle’s next-generation HealthCare Product Suite. This AI-first platform automates complex healthcare workflows, from clinical decision support to patient communication and reimbursement processes. Your expertise in backend systems, data platforms, and distributed architecture will drive outcomes for clinicians, patients, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems for healthcare workflow automation.
• Build high-performance data platforms to support AI-driven clinical decision support.
• Develop distributed architectures ensuring reliability and low-latency patient communication.
• Integrate AI/ML models into core product infrastructure for real-time analytics.
• Optimize reimbursement processing pipelines for compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in backend software development with distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in production healthcare systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages with modern frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact solutions in regulated industries.
