Overview

Oracle Consulting Practice Manager for OSB/IIB leads the Middleware Integration practice (Online & Batch) in India. Drive business growth, manage client engagements, and oversee a team of integration experts delivering Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) solutions. Ensure high-quality implementations and strategic advisory services for enterprise middleware needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the OSB/IIB middleware integration practice in India.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, from scoping to delivery.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of integration consultants.
• Drive business development, including RFPs, proposals, and sales pursuits.
• Oversee architecture design for OSB/IIB online and batch integrations.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget standards.
• Provide thought leadership on Oracle/IBM middleware best practices.
• Collaborate with Oracle account teams for strategic middleware opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in middleware integration with 5+ years in OSB/IIB.
• Proven track record managing consulting practices and P&L.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware and IBM Integration Bus.
• Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ consultants in India.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
