Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer support operations for Oracle Health solutions in federal settings.
- Oversee incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
- Manage release processes, coordinating with product teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to optimize support workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government client partners.
- Develop and implement support strategies aligned with healthcare delivery models.
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise support leadership, preferably in healthcare or federal environments.
- Proven expertise in incident and release management processes.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Health solutions or similar enterprise healthcare platforms.
- Strong experience managing support in government or regulated settings.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
