We are seeking business banking domain aspirants interested in a consulting career to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. This Consulting Project Manager role supports Territory Heads and Delivery Managers while leading a team of talented business and technology consultants. Deliver business-focused solutions for clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology in core banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for core banking solutions using Oracle Flexcube and related technologies.
• Support Territory Heads and Delivery Managers in client engagements and strategy execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of business and technology consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for Oracle-based banking implementations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and gap analysis with banking clients.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities for Oracle banking applications.
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution throughout projects.
• Contribute to practice development, including knowledge sharing and methodology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in core banking projects, preferably with Oracle Flexcube.
• Proven project management experience in consulting or IT services for banking domain.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and Oracle banking solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
