Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting projects using Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Develop and implement customized Oracle configurations and integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices and optimization strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Prepare project status reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and expand client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle consulting experience with proven project leadership.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM preferred).
• Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
