Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle consulting projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Define and implement technical architectures for Oracle Cloud, ERP, and database solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts, to meet client objectives.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide expert recommendations on Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the Bogota practice.
- Monitor project risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging Oracle technologies like AI and analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including Cloud Infrastructure, ERP, or Fusion Applications.
- Proven track record leading large-scale consulting projects as Technical Director or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams in Latin America.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
