Overview

As a senior-level Consulting Project Technical Director and Task Order Owner within Oracle Health Government Services, you will lead end-to-end contractual delivery for the VA Electronic Medical Record Health Modernization Program. Serve as the primary escalation point for all contractual matters, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Leverage your acknowledged authority to drive industry-wide impact through consistent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Task Order(s) for the VA EMR Health Modernization Program.
• Act as primary escalation point for all contractual and delivery issues.
• Ensure integrated solutions meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide innovative solution leadership with industry-wide impact.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve client satisfaction and program goals.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless contractual execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior project management, preferably in healthcare IT or government contracts.
• Proven track record leading large-scale federal Task Orders (e.g., VA programs).
• Deep expertise in Oracle technologies and health IT solutions.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence at executive levels.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance.
• PMP or equivalent certification; bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
