Overview

As a recognized authority in BSS/OSS solutions, the Consulting Project Technical Manager provides innovative leadership for complex, non-routine implementations in Athens, Greece. This role ensures high-quality, timely delivery within budget, driving customer satisfaction through expert project guidance. Lead teams to successfully deploy Oracle-based business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for BSS/OSS implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and innovative solutions for complex, non-routine customer challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
• Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle BSS/OSS systems.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality.
• Drive customer success through consistent communication, demos, and satisfaction metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within Oracle practices.
• Monitor project metrics, prepare status reports, and ensure compliance with Oracle methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BSS/OSS projects with proven technical project management success.
• Deep expertise in Oracle BSS/OSS solutions (e.g., Oracle Communications, BRM, OSM).
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
