You will collaborate with retail clients to identify opportunities, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close deals that accelerate digital transformation. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the Mexican retail sector targeting mid-to-large enterprises.
• Conduct needs assessments and solution workshops with retail executives and IT leaders.
• Deliver compelling product demos showcasing Oracle Retail solutions like merchandising and supply chain.
• Develop and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Oracle consulting teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
• Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on forecasts and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on retail industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in retail software or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Mexico market.
• Deep knowledge of retail operations, ERP, POS, and omnichannel technologies.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English) with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales forecasting methodologies.
