Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Oracle Financial Services products including FLEXCUBE and DIGIX implementations.
• Define solution architecture and strategies for new implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality managed services and support.
• Oversee cross-functional teams in Retail, Corporate, Investment, Wealth, and Private Banking domains.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and provide recommendations for optimal product configurations.
• Drive innovation using Analytics, Pricing and Billing, Leasing, and Lending solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services consulting, with 5+ years in Oracle FLEXCUBE or DIGIX.
• Proven track record leading large-scale banking transformation projects in APAC region.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Banking products across multiple domains (Retail, Corporate, Wealth).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
