This senior-level role drives complex implementations, mentors junior consultants, and ensures client success in modernizing banking systems. Based in India, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver transformative Oracle Financial Services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Core Banking projects using Oracle FLEXCUBE and related platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance and design innovative solutions for banking transformations.
• Mentor and manage a team of consultants, fostering skill development and best practices.
• Conduct workshops, requirement analysis, and gap assessments with clients in the banking sector.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and testing phases.
• Ensure project adherence to timelines, budgets, and Oracle quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, support, and client stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, demos, and industry events on Core Banking innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking implementations, preferably with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and team management roles.
• Deep expertise in banking domain, including retail, corporate, and digital banking solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
