Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Design and architect scalable Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and database solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage a team of technical experts.
• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
• Perform gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations on Oracle technologies.
• Integrate Oracle solutions with third-party systems and custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and Oracle licensing requirements.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, including OCI, EBS, or Fusion Cloud.
• Proven track record in consulting leadership and project management.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (OCP, OCA, OCI Architect).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
