Oracle is seeking a Consulting Technical Manager specializing in Omnichannel solutions (ORCE, ORPE, OMS, XStore) for our Mexico team. Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of ORCE, ORPE, OMS, and XStore solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality omnichannel projects on time.
• Conduct client workshops and requirement gatherings for retail commerce systems.
• Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and integration expertise.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices in Oracle Retail deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and solution demos.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Omnichannel (ORCE/ORPE/OMS/XStore).
• Proven track record as Technical Lead or Manager in consulting projects.
• Strong expertise in Java, SQL, and Oracle Retail architecture.
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, middleware, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel within Mexico as needed.
