Senior ERM Technical Consultant role leading Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) implementations. Drive technical solutions for risk management, compliance, and analytics in financial services. Based in Bengaluru, collaborate with clients to deliver high-impact consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OFSAA ERM technical implementations and upgrades.
• Design and configure risk models, data integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution architecture for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex OFSAA ERM issues in production environments.
• Develop custom scripts, ETL processes, and BI dashboards using OFSAA tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize OFSAA performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in OFSAA ERM technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA platform, including ERM modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, ETL tools, and financial risk modeling.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale financial services projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
