Oracle Consulting Technical Manager - OIPA Configuration Specialist role based in India focuses on leading technical implementation and configuration of Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA). Drive end-to-end solutions for insurance clients, optimizing policy administration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact OIPA customizations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead OIPA configuration, customization, and deployment for insurance policy administration systems.
• Design and develop rulesets, product configurations, and extensions using OIPA tools.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical OIPA solutions.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization of OIPA implementations.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage technical delivery for OIPA projects.
• Integrate OIPA with external systems like billing, claims, and CRM platforms.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for live OIPA environments.
• Contribute to OIPA best practices, documentation, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OIPA configuration and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in OIPA Rules Engine, Product Factory, and Extension Toolkit.
• Experience with insurance domain and policy administration workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and web services (REST/SOAP).
