Overview

This is an individual contributor role on the Strategic Clinical Informatics (SCI) team, comprising industry experts in Oracle Health clinical solutions and workflows. The team supports customers in maximizing their Oracle Health investment while driving adoption of innovative workflows, clinical AI agents, and the new Oracle Health Electronic Health Record. Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting engagements for Oracle Health implementations, focusing on clinical informatics and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs, design solutions, and realize value from Oracle Health investments.
• Drive adoption of new features, including clinical AI agents and the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical workflows, configurations, and integrations within Oracle Health platforms.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase solution capabilities.
• Develop and deliver customized technical roadmaps and adoption strategies for clients.
• Stay abreast of Oracle Health updates and industry trends to advise on best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to SCI team knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with deep expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions.
• Proven track record in clinical informatics consulting and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, clinical AI, and healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for C-level and clinical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
