Overview
Drive cloud transformation for diverse strategic accounts in Japan, focusing on SCM domain. Collaborate with internal teams to identify client challenges and propose solutions leveraging Oracle products. Manage and advance implementation projects to resolve customer issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives for strategic accounts in SCM area.
- Identify and analyze client business challenges in supply chain management.
- Propose tailored IT solutions incorporating Oracle cloud products.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align project goals.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from proposal to implementation.
- Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Monitor project performance and optimize outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT project management, with SCM domain expertise.
- Proven experience in Oracle cloud solutions and transformations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes.
- Excellent Japanese and English communication skills.
- Experience managing complex enterprise projects in Japan.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
