Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure payroll structures, elements, and rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Perform data migration and validation for payroll systems.
• Develop custom reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Integrate Oracle Payroll with third-party systems and HCM modules.
• Train client teams and provide post-implementation support.
• Document configurations, processes, and implementation decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll or HCM preferred).
• Strong knowledge of global payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with Oracle R12 Payroll migration to Cloud.
• Proficiency in HDL, FBL, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
