Position Overview

The NetSuite Customer Success Operations team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the Contracts team as a Contracts Analyst in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will support the management, negotiation, and execution of customer contracts to ensure compliance and drive customer success. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to optimize contract processes and mitigate risks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts, amendments, and renewals to ensure alignment with Oracle policies and legal standards
• Analyze contract terms for risk assessment, compliance, and commercial viability, providing recommendations to stakeholders
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle in contract management systems, including approvals, execution, and storage
• Collaborate with sales teams to support deal progression by resolving contractual blockers and facilitating timely signatures
• Conduct audits of executed contracts to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to billing and revenue recognition rules
• Partner with finance and legal teams to resolve escalations, disputes, and contract-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate contract records and generate reports on contract performance, pipeline, and key metrics
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes and implement best practices for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations, including GDPR and data protection requirements
• Support training initiatives for sales and operations teams on contract policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or paralegal roles within a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and negotiation principles
• Proficiency in contract management tools such as DocuSign, Conga, or Oracle CPQ
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing complex legal documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with cross-functional teams
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP/cloud SaaS products
• Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and subscription-based billing models
• Familiarity with UK-specific commercial contract regulations and GDPR compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting
• Contract management certification (e.g., IACCM or similar)
