Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on UK and EU financial services regulations, including FCA, PRA, and MiFID II.
• Review and draft contracts, policies, and disclosures for financial services products.
• Advise on data privacy (GDPR) and cybersecurity compliance for Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and responses to supervisory inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to mitigate legal risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on Oracle’s business and customers.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution related to financial services matters.
• Develop training programs and guidance for internal stakeholders on regulatory topics.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in financial services law.
• Deep knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations and fintech sector.
• Experience advising on cloud/SaaS solutions in regulated industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide practical legal solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
