Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Assess customer creditworthiness using financial data and credit reports.
• Minimize bad debts through proactive risk management and recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts and terms of sale.
• Recommend and coordinate legal actions for delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports, cash forecasts, and collection metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
