As a CSM Manager in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, you will lead a diverse team of Customer Success Managers, fostering their professional development. Your leadership will drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through proactive guidance and high-impact educational experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Promote professional development and career growth for team members.
  • Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure CSMs provide proactive, strategic guidance to clients.
  • Oversee delivery of high-impact educational experiences and training.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and customer health scores.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for seamless customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion and upsell.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS roles.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record driving customer retention and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ERP/CRM solutions like NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
