Overview

Oracle is seeking a Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist with Hebrew and/or Hungarian fluency for our Bucharest, Romania team. In this IC3 career level role, you will draft and review customer contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in deal structures. Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate customer contracts, amendments, and renewals in alignment with Oracle policies.
• Review deal terms for legal, financial, and operational compliance using Hebrew and/or Hungarian languages.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure complex customer deals efficiently.
• Analyze contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect Oracle interests.
• Prepare deal desk documentation and approvals for EMEA region transactions.
• Support high-volume deal processing, meeting tight SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce for deal tracking.
• Provide training and guidance to sales teams on contract best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in contract drafting, deal desk, or legal operations roles.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Hebrew and/or Hungarian (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and SaaS licensing.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
