Overview

The Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist with Spanish creates, validates, and processes contract documentation using Oracle's standard templates and contract options in line with company policies and approvals. This role responds to Sales requests, liaises with CDD teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Based in Bucharest, Romania, the position requires fluency in Spanish to support global operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and process customer contracts using Oracle's standard document templates and predefined options.
• Validate contract terms for compliance with Oracle policies and business approvals.
• Respond to and manage requests from Sales teams for deal documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Legal, and other CDD groups to resolve issues.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to defined engagement guidelines and mitigates corporate risk.
• Review and approve contract variations within established authority levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all deals and documentation in Oracle systems.
• Support Spanish-speaking clients and teams with contract drafting and queries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
• 2+ years experience in contract drafting, deal desk, or legal operations.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems or similar ERP/contract management tools.
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
