Lead contracting and quoting for complex Federal and Public Sector deals at Oracle in San Antonio, TX. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions under pressure. This is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting and quoting for high-value Federal and Public Sector deals.
• Review and negotiate complex contract terms, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to structure optimal deals.
• Analyze deal structures, pricing models, and risk factors for executive approval.
• Deliver accurate quotes and proposals under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
• Provide guidance on deal strategy, bundling, and discount approvals.
• Maintain deal desk processes, tools, and documentation for efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Deal Desk, contracting, or sales operations experience in tech/software.
• Proven expertise in Federal and Public Sector contracting (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SaaS/PaaS pricing, licensing, and commercial terms.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
