Overview

Drive maximum adoption of Oracle SaaS solutions and identify product expansion opportunities through high-value client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth. Based in the Philippines, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to adoption.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and ongoing usage optimization of Oracle solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product footprint.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to showcase value and gather feedback.
  • Develop success plans tailored to client goals and KPIs.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support roles.
  • Proven track record driving adoption and expansion in SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in customer health metrics and tools.
  • Philippines-based with ability to work flexible hours for global clients.
