Job Description

Overview

As a key member of the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU) Enablement organization, this role drives enablement programs for the LATAM Global Delivery Center (GDC) serving teams across North America, Latin America, JPAC, and EMEA. The Customer Success Trainer supports newly hired and experienced Customer Success Managers, Consultants, Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Customer Support, and Trainers through onboarding and upskilling. This position focuses on NetSuite application training, customer engagement methodology, and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires in the LATAM GDC.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions on the NetSuite application for all customer success roles.
  • Teach Oracle's customer engagement methodology and standardized business processes.
  • Upskill experienced team members through advanced workshops and certification programs.
  • Create training materials, e-learning modules, and interactive resources for global teams.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align enablement with regional needs in NA, LATAM, JPAC, and EMEA.
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Mentor trainers and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or NetSuite training.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle NetSuite application and implementation methodologies.
  • Proven track record in adult learning principles and training program development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in global or multicultural teams, preferably in LATAM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; certifications in NetSuite preferred.
