This role involves drafting and reviewing customer contracts for software licenses and hardware deals, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities

• Draft and review customer deal documents for License & HW transactions in DACH and Nordics markets.
• Ensure contractual compliance with Oracle policies, pricing guidelines, and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to clarify deal terms and resolve drafting discrepancies.
• Process deal approvals through Oracle's internal workflow systems.
• Validate license entitlements, hardware configurations, and discount structures.
• Provide German-language support for deal documentation and customer communications.
• Monitor deal pipeline and escalate risks or exceptions to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all drafted deals in CRM and deal desk tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) required; English proficiency essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in contract drafting, deal desk, or legal support roles.
• Familiarity with software licensing agreements and hardware procurement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing complex deals.
