Oracle is seeking a Data Center Asset Management Lead to support a portfolio of data centers across the United States through comprehensive asset management. Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategies for a portfolio of data centers, optimizing inventory and lifecycle processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware, software, and rack assets to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to forecast and manage asset needs.
• Implement asset tracking systems and tools to enhance visibility and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and enforce policies for asset deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, vendor contracts, and internal governance requirements.
• Generate executive-level reports and dashboards on asset utilization and data center performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, asset management, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, networking, and storage systems.
• Proficiency in asset management tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
