Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical data center systems including HVAC, power, and cooling infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate on-site service activities.
• Respond to facility emergencies and implement recovery procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades for scalability.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center facilities engineering or critical infrastructure.
• Expertise in mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in 24/7 shift rotations including nights and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
