Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager for our Data Center Construction + Low Voltage Vendor Management team in Abilene, TX. This role drives successful planning and execution of data center projects from design to delivery, building the backbone of Oracle's cloud infrastructure. Expect extensive travel to the site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for low-voltage vendor projects in data center construction.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee design, installation, and testing of low-voltage systems including cabling, networking, and security.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation, and issue resolution across multiple project phases.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/PMI methodologies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between OCI teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site audits, quality inspections, and compliance reviews in Abilene, TX.
• Report program status, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program/project management, preferably in data centers or construction.
• Proven experience managing low-voltage systems (structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control).
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, IT systems, and construction best practices.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification; Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to Abilene, TX site and manage remote teams.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Oracle systems.
