Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of data center engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle hardware and software systems.
• Plan and execute data center projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery processes.
• Implement best practices for data center security, compliance, and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Oracle cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational workflows.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure management.
• Proven track record managing teams in high-availability environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and servers.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, and Linux/Unix systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
