Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of liquid-cooled data center facilities in Indonesia.
• Oversee racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware deployment activities.
• Perform hardware break-fix troubleshooting and repairs on OCI infrastructure.
• Design and implement network communications and connectivity solutions.
• Manage site team, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
• Monitor data center performance metrics and optimize for efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on new deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations, preferably with liquid cooling expertise.
• Proven hands-on experience in racking, stacking, and hardware maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and communications systems.
• Experience leading teams in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with OCI, AWS, or similar cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
