Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technical Training Development Specialist to join OCI and create engaging, scalable, and technically accurate training materials. This role supports the ongoing development of our global data center workforce by designing innovative content for technical training programs. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training modules, including e-learning courses, videos, and interactive simulations for data center operations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all training content.
• Design scalable training solutions that can be deployed globally across Oracle's data center network.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools to produce high-quality, multimedia content.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend targeted development strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Stay current with data center technologies, industry trends, and adult learning principles.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training content development, preferably in data centers or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, networking, cloud infrastructure, or server technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Experience with learning analytics and measuring training ROI.
