Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on OCI infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and environmental conditions in the data center.
• Execute rack and stack operations for new deployments and expansions.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and coordinate with vendors for replacements.
• Ensure compliance with data center safety and security protocols.
• Document all maintenance activities and inventory changes accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support cloud service deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a 24/7 data center environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A+ certification or equivalent; CompTIA Server+ preferred.
