Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform rack and stack operations for new deployments and expansions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, cabling, and power issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inventory management.
• Monitor data center environment, including temperature, humidity, and power systems.
• Execute cable management and labeling for optimal organization and airflow.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure upgrades and testing.
• Document all activities and maintain compliance with safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data center operations or IT hardware support.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and storage systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with Linux/Unix command-line operations preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
