Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, and cable servers, storage, and networking equipment in data center environments.
• Perform hardware deployments, upgrades, and configurations according to Oracle standards.
• Execute equipment decommissioning, including safe removal and disposal processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of data center infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, power, and cooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Document all activities, inventory, and changes using Oracle's tracking systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for testing, diagnostics, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role.
• Proven expertise in racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware deployment.
• Familiarity with data center operations, including power systems and cooling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for servers, networks, and storage hardware.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50kg) and work in 24/7 shift rotations.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of safety best practices.
