Join Oracle's exciting new Data Center launch in Frankfurt am Main as a Data Centre Field Support Specialist. Perform design, operation, racking, stacking, hardware break & fix, and other critical activities. Be part of a newly created team tackling challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate data center infrastructure components.
• Rack and stack servers, networking, and storage equipment.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, break & fix repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Install and configure hardware in live data center environments.
• Monitor and optimize data center performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on critical projects.
• Document all activities and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations or field support roles.
• Hands-on expertise with server racking, cabling, and hardware installation.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems or similar enterprise hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; German/English fluency preferred.
