Overview

Work with a world-class team to provide enterprise-wide Oracle Database Administration support for production systems. Deliver DBA services to application development teams, including database design, generation, coding, and production support. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Oracle databases across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and tune Oracle database performance for production environments.
• Perform database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Design and implement database schemas and structures for new applications.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
• Apply Oracle patches, upgrades, and maintain database software.
• Collaborate with development teams on database coding and optimization.
• Ensure database security, user management, and compliance standards.
• Generate reports and documentation for database health and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools (RMAN, Data Guard).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with high-availability setups and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
