Overview

Oracle Customer Success Services – Consulting Department - Expert Service seeks a high-skilled senior technology consultant specialized in Oracle DB technologies including Real Application Cluster, Grid Infrastructure, ASM Tuning, Security, and Replication. Candidates must be self-motivated, capable of working independently or in teams in customer-facing roles. Cloud expertise is required to join the expert service projects delivery team in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consulting services on Oracle Database technologies and collaterals.
• Implement and optimize Real Application Clusters (RAC) for high availability.
• Tune and manage Grid Infrastructure and Automatic Storage Management (ASM).
• Design and deploy database security solutions and compliance measures.
• Configure and troubleshoot replication technologies for data distribution.
• Lead customer-facing engagements and project deliveries independently or in teams.
• Provide cloud migration and optimization expertise for Oracle Database workloads.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior Oracle Database consultant or administrator.
• Deep expertise in RAC, Grid Infrastructure, ASM, Security, and Replication.
• Proven cloud skills, preferably with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong customer-facing experience in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
