Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Perform field troubleshooting and repairs on Oracle systems in the Milan area.

• Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on data center infrastructure.
• Collaborate with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Document support activities, configurations, and resolutions in detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center support or field technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, servers, and storage systems.

• Ability to travel within the Milan area as needed.
