Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain datacenter hardware including servers, racks, and cabling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on datacenter equipment.
• Implement and test network solutions for database and application environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new technologies and expansions.
• Conduct capacity planning and optimization for datacenter resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and datacenter best practices.
• Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in datacenter operations, hardware installation, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking protocols, and Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Availability for shift work including nights and weekends.
