Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is experiencing rapid expansion across EMEA and JAPAC. We are seeking a senior Datacentre System Architect to own large-scale process improvements, productivity, and automation initiatives. This role drives global datacentre operations efficiency in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale automation solutions for datacentre operations across EMEA and JAPAC.
• Lead process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Architect scalable systems for global datacentre infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for datacentre technologies.
• Optimize resource utilization and performance in cloud infrastructure environments.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices.
• Monitor and report on key metrics for datacentre efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in datacentre systems architecture or related fields.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in large-scale automation and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• Experience with EMEA/JAPAC datacentre operations preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects.
