Overview

Provides direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to the Cloud Solution team to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures addressing customer business problems. Guides the team to drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating adoption of Oracle cloud services. Reports to the CISO, ensuring secure and innovative cloud engineering practices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Cloud Engineering team in developing scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design and architect secure cloud infrastructures aligned with customer business needs.
• Oversee demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for Oracle Cloud services to key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption strategies to increase customer consumption of Oracle cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with CISO to integrate security best practices into all cloud deployments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for cloud engineering initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud technologies and emerging trends.
• Foster partnerships with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
• Proven track record in designing secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles in cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
