Overview

The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivers state-of-the-art data centers at scale and speed. We partner with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive execution excellence in program management, technical design, and on-site delivery. As Director, you will lead a team of program managers to ensure infrastructure meets top standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability supporting OCI's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for data center infrastructure delivery projects.
• Guide and mentor a team of program managers to achieve execution excellence.
• Partner with vendors, contractors, engineering, operations, and design teams.
• Oversee technical design, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Ensure projects meet highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Develop and track program metrics, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
• Collaborate with OCI leadership to align infrastructure with business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program/project management, with 5+ years in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in data center design, construction, and operations.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
